Had an old 2e coin meter installed in the workshop, it appears the amount of electric that the coin buys is too low

Should get about 10 units for each coin
The electrician tried setting the dial inside a couple of times but not getting it right, dot want to call him again and nobody else has any ideas either
there appears to be 2 bands A ...B
    meter is set on B
Anyone here give me a walk through on how to set it or is it an electrican job.
video link would be great (tried u tube no luck

Does APR single ph mean anything

    Also the Trade name (RDL)

Think I got it solved, once I located the pin I could faintly make out the numbers on the dial, set it to 9 units per 2e coin, will see how that goes, might even have a few euro over at the end of the month

    Thanks again guys
    :)
