Rodgers needs the season to end as much as anyone, hes gone stale. Tactics are poor and shoehorning players into alien positions has run its course along with the constantly changing formations. Man needs a break and come back with fresh ideas, Vital he picks a system and buys correctly for it in the summer

You gotta blame the manager for this imo. The sudden change to 4-4-2 is a ridic thing to do at this stage of the season. You cannot expect players to just suddenly be able to adapt to a new formation after playing a different way all season.

Some players might look disinterested but it's more likely they are unsure about what they are supposed to be doing.

Yea, I mean imagine asking elite professional sportsmen to be adaptable, and going to a relatively common formation like 4_4_2.
