Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I had a similar charging problem in the past and I received the same email as you. When I called Applecare to query this it turned out that the advisor I spoke to didn't make it very clear what the problem was when filing the report. It turns out that instead of saying that the phone would only charge if the cable was connected a certain way, she said in her report that the "phone doesn't charge" and nothing else.

Of course when the repair people get the phone and connect a cable there is a chance it will charge so they don't see a problem.

    I'd call Applecare.
