    Have you tried looking under Examination Material Archive on examinations.ie? All the previous marking schemes should be there.

    Indeed they are. The marking scheme for written and practical components are in the same document. For example, here's last year's:
    http://www.examinations.ie/archive/markingschemes/2014/LC027ALP000EV.pdf
    The scheme for practical is at the very end.
