    All prices from geizhals.de discount site using hardwareversand.de.

    Its set up for sli in the future.

    Throw in a wireless card, or usb antenna.

    usb option(Edimax AC1200 Wireless Dual-band USB 3.0 adapter) 33.65 euro.

    Never put in a DVD drive, with steam most people don't bother with the drive anymore.
    If you need one, approx 15 euro extra.

    With money left over can add a 250 GB ssd for 95 approx. Or keep it.

    Sounds good.

    Could this be water cooled eventually and if so, what cooler would you recommend?

    Will there be import vat or duty from that site?

    That can be water cooled, dunno how great the Nanoxia would be for water cooling. There's probably not any need to though.

    After the €12 delivery, there aren't any other taxes
