Current customer receiving correspondence for previous customer

    Hi,

    I was just wondering who do I need to contact regarding an issue whereby we are receiving Electric Ireland correspondence for a previous occupier of a property.  We have returned this correspondence to you but we are still receiving it.

    Thanks for your post.

    We regret any inconvenience this may cause. If the property is being rented, perhaps the landlord or letting agent could get in touch with the previous occupant? We update forwarding addresses wherever possible, but can only do this on the instruction of the account holder.
