I know this is a huge stretch but I'll be staying just outside of Wexford town this weekend from my regular home in the North. I'm looking forward to having a great time in the town, but am massively worried about missing the weekends boxing. Is there anywhere in town that might be showing the fight?

It's on extremely late, but I'm aware of a few pubs in Dublin that are advertising a showing- so am assuming it's not against the law to be open that late?

How's the mobile signal around the town if I have to rely on a stream? I'll be staying around Killinick.

    Cheers

    W

I think you could be out of luck, Whisko. Not being smart with you, but even if there was somewhere in town showing it, it may very well be on a "hush hush" basis! :pac:

I wonder would a hotel be an option?

    That's what I feared :(

Afraid a hotel isn't really an option.

Looks like I just have to pray that I have decent mobile reception out where I'm staying.

Hate to be bearer of bad news but that whole south east area of Wexford has been forgotten about when it comes to 3g, there is 4g in town however. What time is it at?

According to the three site I should get good indoor signal so fingers crossed :pac:

If not I guess I'll be going to town in the morning and downloading from there :)

Not to worry, I'll get something sorted. Now to just enjoy the town. Are there any craft beer pubs in Wexford?

    Yep, two very good ones.

Try the Sky & The Ground (upstairs is a specialist craft bar) and Simon's Place (all geared towards craft beer and a huge selection)
