Do they yield results? such as stronger nails (mine keep on tearing, breaking, can't grow them) or improve the condition of hair ? (not my main goal but would not be unwelcome). Thoughts appreciated.

I haven't taken these my self but I have looked into them in the past and know people who have taken them.

I would advise you just go ahead and take them and see if they make any difference for you I know it depends on the person whether they work for you. They will make up any lack of vitiams they contain that you suffer from and you will probably see some sort of results.
