Is O'Reilly's bar (tara St.) a good spot for after work drinks?

Haven't been there in years, and wondering what it's like on Friday evenings around 6pm?? Still good as an after-work drinks pub?

It's extremely cheap, good mixed crowd but mostly under 35/ large student crowd, it's packed and extremely difficult to get a seat but it's a good buzz

The few times I've gone it has been packed with Spanish students yodelling at the top of their lungs -_- Not the best place when you want to be able to talk to friends.
