New bike...which one....

the time has come to get a new road bike, but what to get is tough decision, i have a max budget of 3k, I've been looking around and my head is frazzled, the bike will be used for 100k spins, no commuting, not really interested in di2 or disc brakes, i would tend to go for race geometry more so than relaxed sportif style, carbon more than likely, size 54, would like to get it in lbs, but wouldn't say no to an online deal, but don't want to wait weeks for an order either, all suggestions greatly received,

I'd say you'd be doing well to beat something like this in an LBS.

Shop around and get it in another colour, but as a piece of kit for the price it's fantastic value for one of the best frames on the market.
