Hosted Domain Not Enabled?

Hi, Moved a domain from a Windows hosting plan to Linux and now the domain's showing as not being enabled. Not sure what might be causing this. Any idea how I can resolve?

Have you opened a ticket with our support team? We might need to "kick" something on our end, but it should be relatively simple to fix
