Do you keep Canadian receipts?

    Do any of the people currently on a work visa in Canada keep their receipts?

    And can someone explain what tax - if any - can be claimed back by international citizens living and working in Canada for a year or two?

    Is there any point in keeping your receipts in Canada?

    keep receipts for travel passes, doctors/medical bills, things that are deductible when filing taxes at the end of the year.

    Not sure why anyone would keep receipts for everyday items
