I got acupuncture last year for migraines as i suffered badly with them so i tried acupuncture as a last resort and it worked they haven't gone completely but i dont get them as bad or as often anymore,i went to Dr Jan he's out in Kilmeaden he is actually a retired doctor and has a 3 day clinic out in his house ,honestly i can't recommend him highly enough he has been practicing for nearly 30 years and knows everything there is to know about it ,have a look at his site and see what you think
