Ambulance/fire brigade charges

There was an ambulance called for me last night but as none were available last night a fire brigade turned up to wait until the ambulance arrived ... Does anyone know if I'm liable for charges for the ambulance/fire brigade/both? If so, how much, and is it usually covered by health insurance? Thanks.

No charges for emergency ambulance and no charges for the fire service on a medical call you will be charged the normal a+e charge from the hospital tho but that's covered I'd assume by health insurance
