02 money card question

    Can security deposits be paid with an 02 money card? Hotel I'm staying at in July wants a security payment via a card which will then be refunded. I don't have a credit card so will this card work for that?

    Another question, do these cards have your name printed on them like a normal credit card?

    The O2 Money card works exactly the same as a Visa credit card so yes you should be able to use the card with the hotel. The only difference between this and a regular credit card is that you need to have the card already topped up with cash before making any purchases.

    Also, the O2 Money card does not have your name printed on it but the card will be in the name of the person who set up the account.

    Check with the hotel.

    Sometimes for the behaviour bond they will want a CC, or cash.
