    Just wondering is anybody doing this on here and how you are liking it.

    I'm on the push circuit right now. Actually finding it easier than the burn and definitely seeing a difference in upper body. Now that I am getting used to the squats and lunges I anticipate a change there too - I really hope! Great introduction to using weights for me and the cardio is defiantly not as challenging ie I'm not on the floor after it.

    I hope I am not going to be lonely on this thread!
