I know they claimed this was the last ever but the plot seemed unfinished and the wedding invites seems to leave the door ajar for another episode.

Eh December wedding = Christmas special!

Really enjoyed tonight’s episode. Had a few laugh out loud moments and lots of smiles. Worth watching!

Really liked it, sweet and understated and rather than go big as so many other finales do, they kept it simple and to the point. Some of the dialogue gave hinted that we may see more of them, a Christmas special perhaps.

I loved the last shot, the two of them on the bus with nothing between them for the first time, and with no barriers separating them John's first instinct was to reach out to Kayleigh. It was the perfect end and if it is the end of the show then it couldn't have been better.

I enjoyed it too, it was perfectly understated essentially what their relationship was built on.
Kayleigh knew too from the song that she had him, she just needed to let him come round in his time and way.
The hand holding was the start of that.

Dangled out the December wedding there too. Clever.
