Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I heard some unsubstantiated reports that Petra from last night's debate is actually a single mother, I'm still not 100% sure though.

Do you mean she's not married? It would take a very strong woman to come on national TV and claim to have no daddy-partner.
Are you sure that what she said? Twenty-two times?

I cant understand a gay man being against gay marriage, doesn't make any sense. I remember him as well on the debate on the vincent browne show about homophobia and I thought it was the funniest thing ever he said he has been called a self hating gay.

I think Paddy McKillen waits to see how public opinion is going, then takes the opposite stance. It's his way of garnering publicity. And it works for him.
