Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have people forgot Rafa football already?

Mind numbingly boring football, rotation rotation rotation, about 10 players signed a season, mind numbingly boring football, crazy substitutions, mind numbingly boring football.

At least Rodgers side offers good wholesome family entertainment.

    That's bollox.

Rodgers and his brand of football is just as turgid ans ugle when we are playing sh1t.

I'd say you are only remembering games Rafa lost and comparing those to Rodgers best, and maybe one off, season with Suarez.

He stuck his arm out to block it. Wasn't ball to arm.

He aint a bad manager at all , he has more champions league final wins then arsenal.

Even when he is hacked at Coutinho keeps the magic alive!

Glenn Johnson is a clown show. Shouldn't be anywhere near that team, would be better off with a kid from the youth team until the end of the season.

Lallana and Lambert doing well. Lambert holding the ball up nicely.

Emre Can needs to be able to play as a marauding midfielder next season.

Decent free kick from Gerrard. Nice save from Green.

Shocking that he doesn't follow United so closely that he knew they were playing later...

Anyway i'll never understand how people get shocked that rival fans come into match threads to cheer for the opponents... and obv troll a little but thats part of the fun. Its especially confusing that its usually the guys who come in for the "laughs" that complain when others do it in their teams threads.

Jesus are Arsenal fans even obsessed with Arsenal? They're such a Nick Hornby, nicey, nicey, middleclass, dull nothing of a club.

    Alexis Sanchez disagrees :D

Mad back pass there. Pity Lambert isn't a bit faster

  • QPR surely going to be relegated. Could be 3 or 4 by the looks of it

Who is that awful Setanta sports commentor btw

Playing against the worst in the league here is making look decent.

Because he's not that good? He hasn't really impressed at all and his too slow for our preferred style of play. Can be effective against Dunne (the only cb in the league he can run past!)

Ah leave it out, he jumped the gun with his smart ass comment just because a few United fans are watching the team in 5th place and commenting in the match thread. A team who happen to be one of there greatest rivals and on tv, a team that lie closest to them while they try claim CL spot by winning later today.

He deserves to be laughed at!

The sooner that fraud Sterling is gone the better. Overrated.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,692 ✭✭✭✭machiavellianme

    "What a miss by Sterling?"
How many times have we heard that in the last month?

  • Hilarious miss
    Sterlings finishing is just awful

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,438 ✭✭✭livinginkorea

    Really should have buried that

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,316 ✭✭✭kevohmsford

But he would offer ye something different especially away from home to hold the ball up. I cant see how he has gone from a decent premier league striker last year to useless. Even him and Sterling up top could have been a decent partnership while Sturridge was crocked.

For a guy that's scores so much off the pitch, Sterling can't even get the shift on the pitch.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

Sterling sure does miss some sitters. Can't kick a ball with his left, for one thing.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,084 ✭✭✭✭Kirby

    Jaysus the belly on Gerrard.

Sterling should be embarrassed regardless of missing the goal.

He has held it up well today but most of the season it was bouncing off his shins or knees. His close control was very poor.
