    Hiya I have a 50 square foot bathroom and I am going to get it gutted and put in shower bath combo vanity unit sink and move existing toilet . Does 5 thousand sound excessive????

    That would depend on the level of finish and materials used. What I mean is you can buy a bath for 100e but you can also pay 800e.
    The Same applies to Tiles and Flooring. Is there a Shower pump etc. etc. Without the full Spec it's really hard to say. But for a modest refit it does sound a little Ott.

    Move existing toilet ? That could be tricky.
