French Listening

I completing fifth year at the moment and our teacher has announced that he'll be giving us a higher level paper for the summer exams. However, while listening to the sound files, I just realised there is no translations for them ...Are there any translations or written versions of the sound files for the Leaving Cert?
I'm looking to improve my listening but I don't see much point listening to something and not understanding. Please also let me know if there are any sound files or radios available online that give a written version as well...Thanks!!

If you buy the Edco exam papers, they have a CD with them that gives you the tape script and also explains the key words for each year. Its only costs a few euro and is well worth it i think.
