    The young lad has next week off so was going to go on a bit of a road trip and looking for some advise on places to go/divert. Have booked the boat for the morning so all a bit rushed. Dublin to Hollyhead, arrive for midday and then plan to head up to Liverpool for the afternoon with the hope of making it to Blackpool for the evening.

    Had planned to stay in Blackpool all of Wednesday and then leave Thursday Morning for the lake district and stay there for a night and then drive up to Cairnryan for Friday and get the boat to Belfast and back in Dublin for Friday evening.

    Ideally need to keep it interesting for a 12+ otherwise I will end up going to look a rolling countryside and museums (old peeps stuff:D)
