Lough Guitane

Was driving from Cork to Killarney with my Dad a few weeks back and saw a sign for this lough.My dad said it was a great lough for fishing years ago but he doesnt know how it is these days for access/fishing rights. I cant find much info online about it, can anyone shed some light on it for me?

I used fish it few years back but for whatever reason its gone very slack

We used park by the pump house where the river comes out and walk along shore

There is actually a small lake across the road I got talking to the farmer he left me down I had great fish off it
