Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Juventus seem to be able to carve through Real's defence at will. Ramos doing little to screen for the centre backs

Just what the doctor ordered for Juve. Place ****ing hopping now.

Morata to beat his old club.

Brilliant start by Juve. Nice tempo to the game.

Morata well fired up, out to prove a point.

On the ropes? Only 9 minutes have gone
Are you watching the match? Madrid look slow and ponderous everywhere on the pitch. It's unlikely they'll be like that all match, now is the time to push.

Have had a feeling a few since 2nd round that Juventus will at worst get to the final. Not many giving them chance tonight which is a bit odd.

Any €€€€€ waiting in the bookies for ya?

Due to Serie A's decline many will write off Juve, but this is not a surprise to me.

They really are a great team with some fantastic attacking talent.

Had to try and get that to the back post.

Don't really get the logic of Ramos in DM, considering he's so damn good as a CB, imo.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,363 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

Well, Sergio Ramos is not a CM anyway.

  • Juve have been impressive so far.
Pressing real in midfield really well

It's amazing how average Madrid's midfield looks without Modric.

What do you call Real Madrid without Mod-ric?

    Mod-poor.

If Juve don't up their game it will get away from them soon I think.

Evra still leaving acres of space to be ran into on his side... some things never change.

    Jaysus!

Must have been watching Hernandez heading it with the back of his head. How does he miss from there?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,806 ✭✭✭corny

Brilliant football. Pulled Juve all over the place.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,553 ✭✭✭✭Dempsey

He's making an appearance in Dublin at the end of this month actually. In the Bord Gais. 'A Night with Pacino' or something.

Great first half really enjoyed that :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,312 ✭✭✭✭Cienciano

Fairly frantic first half. What do neutrals think? I can hardly watch this as a Juve fan.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 40,061 ✭✭✭✭Harry Palmr

Lichtsteiner is an oaf, Tevez needs to be pushed up

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Juve started well but will be lucky to get anything out of this.
