Great game. Juve have played very well but the lack of pace in there CBs is a big weakness.

    No way? I'm there.

Enjoy :) couldn't get it off work myself. Quite pricey for a decent seat I think. Would be cool to see him in the flesh though, and a meet and greet if possible.

He must have stitched it closed so.

Fairly frantic first half. What do neutrals think? I can hardly watch this as a Juve fan.
Best semi final in years. Frantic pace, great technique on display, even contest that's in the balance. More please.

One thing I took from the first half is Toni Kross really likes his fringe. Everytime he was on camera he was running his fingers through his fringe

    Paul Scholes? Why?

He's making an appearance in Dublin at the end of this month actually. In the Bord Gais. 'A Night with Pacino' or something.

    That'll be a gas night.

    I know. I'm going. :o

Dunphy came out with some awful ****e when it came to Ronaldo.

    Paul Scholes? Why?

Very bland isn't he, they have 2 excellent pundits there with Keane and Dixon, he's not really needed.

As said in the previous post I couldn't get it off work. Would be cool to see him in the flesh, meet and greet and pop a question or two though. What ticket did u go for if you don't mind me asking? They looked quite expensive even for the most basic.

I wonder who's holding his notes off camera for him to read.

    Looked a good tackle.

    Not on the replay.

    Marcelo should be off

    Dive?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,814 ✭✭✭Rezident

Fair play to the ref for giving a booking for calling for a card. Needs to happen much more.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

And how has he not booked Marcelo?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,027 ✭✭✭✭titan18

Marcelo should be getting a yellow there, could easily go.

    Penalty Juve!

Will they stop banging on about how it should be red to the ref. Glad to see Vidal booked for it.

Good to see a player booked for mouthing at the ref, would love if it cost him a place in the final.

    Nicely done by Tevez

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,081 ✭✭✭ollie1

    Great penalty from Tevez

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

Tevez is a real big game character. Outstanding player.

The sooner the start doing it consistently the more players will stop doing it.

    Very good from the ref.

If only all refereeing was like that.

Only just in the door, got the telly on in time to see the counter attack. Fantastic run from Tevez and confident penalty. Thought the ref got everything right there, wasn't a red and he was right to book Vidal.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Thought vidal was on penos for juve ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,477 ✭✭✭✭Knex*

Did it look like Marcelo's shot hit of a Real player in the build up to Juve's counter for the pen? If so, gutting for that guy!

Thought it did at the time alright.

Isco has been fair bad tonight, apart from his involvement in the goal he's done feck all.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,579 ✭✭✭MythicalMadMan

Fair play to the ref alright and for going back to book Marcelo but he forgot to book Carvajal or should have.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,553 ✭✭✭✭Dempsey

Vidal guilty of simulation or exaggerating the foul there, easily could have been a 2nd yellow card

His peno against dortmund was brilliant. But he missed a few before that.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,398 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

'Ronnie' should have been on the end of that.

Pepe and Marcello seem to be reverting to type.

Chances for Madrid here, raging I missed the first half, seems like a cracking game.

Only reason I wondered is because was waiting on tevez first goal about a year ago for over 1000e, Juve got a penalty and fecking vidal took it!

Oh no actual blood in a football match. Watch the club doctor become inept at dealing with it

Oh how many times have I seen Chiellini bleed and wear his headband. Starts his warrior mode (not always a positive thing)

    Love Chiellini

I rate ramos as the best CB in the world and is possibly Madrid most important player. But as a CM tonight he's been shocking both on and off the ball.

    What a tackle from Vidal

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,566 ✭✭✭✭fullstop

How the hell was Carvajal not booked for the peno?!

The little wink thrown in at the end :pac:

Ramos needs a serious kick in the hole with passing like that!
