Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sounds more like abuse than heckling. Maybe that's what led to his downward spiral.

I have..few hundred quid to a 'friend'...got about half of it back I think but got burnt for about 300€.
Never seen nor heard from them since.

Are payday loans as fun as they look?

Super fun, especially if you don't pay them back in time and in full, you're in debt by 14k before the kettle's finished boiling. I'd rather go hungry and have nothing than get a payday loan.

    Would you get one?

14k in debt before the kettle's boiled? I think I'll have to get one to see that for myself.

That wouldn't be for me to choose.

If a romantic gesture brought a tear to your eye would that be good or bad?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

    Good I guess.

Are big gestures or small cute everyday gestures the best?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

I prefer the small everyday ones.

Is there anything worrying you right now

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

Nah, not really. I am not too much of a worrier. More of a complainer and optimist. The two can be compatible. I think.

How is boob juice from a cow so popular?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

Ah here, calling it boob juice from a cow is putting me right off my cornflakes.
Its popular because it is cheap, good for you and useful for wetting cornflakes.

  • Registered Users Posts: 47 hardtrier

With difficulty but I try to remember that if everyone's troubles were placed together in the middle of the floor and each could take some back, they'd take their own again.

Is today going to be a good day for you?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

It has been a bit of a mad busy one so far....but I would say it will be an 'ok' day rather than a good one.
