Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No and I hate having my photo taken.

How will you spend xmas day this year?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

I hate Christmas, it makes me sad. I'd prefer to spend Christmas on my own but we'll probably go to the in laws.

Is there anything on your mind today

Yes, especially when I'm looking for a good debate.

Best piece of advice you have ever been given?

Well a bit of both, I'm blessed with a decent enough vocabulary so I try to use it but if I'm annoyed the sailor in me struts around like a peacock on show! :D

    Do you like peacocks/

    Do you like peacocks/

One of my earliest memories is going to an animal park and trying to approach a male peacock very slowly. It suddenly spread it's feathers and I ran away screaming. :pac: I've gotten over it now, they are pretty cool.

Are you afraid of any animals?

    Do you enjoy food shopping?

I can't think off the top of my head, I think I probably did, and I'm going to again today. I like little treats though, like a massive smoothie or just something good (all be it naughty) for dinner like nachos!

    Have you?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

....maybe! They're not treats when you deserve them though.

Do you like the smell of wheatbix

    (Me too! I LOVE cheerios!)

I put sugar on porridge, cornflakes and rice crispies, I find them all way too savory.

Whats your favourite drink? (non-alcoholic, or not tea or coffee!)

No, I know nothing. Up until recently I thought Fiji was the name of a nail polish, but it turns out the nail polish was named after a country.

Is it too early to be thinking of New Years resolutions?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

Yes, way too early. You should only be thinking of new years resolutions when you are unable to lift your arse from the couch on or after Stephen's day.

Do you have many vices that need giving up?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 34,499 ✭✭✭✭Caoimhgh1n

    No, not too many..

All the time, according to himself, which was then adjusted to the evening after the supper, so he didn't sound like a glutton. I don't drink tea myself so I have no idea :p

Anything nice planned in the near future?

I text :). I've been part of Facetiming a relative in another country, but find it a bit surreal to be honest.

Have you ever realised you know another poster from something they have said ?

Not yet anyway. But I have often thought there is definitely enough in my profile and post history to identify me if someone knew me.
