Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nah, they are pretty sound in most aspects. They buy us lunches, bring us out for lunches, have a tab on nights out etc. They are all pretty down to earth and understanding with personal issues. But if you are 1 minute late you're in trouble regardless if you stayed an extra hour the night before hand off your own back.

How long have you been in your current employment?

15 months but I'm going to be looking for a new job in the new year and hopefully and hopefully I'll get something I can hang onto for the foreseeable.
