Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Only time I cant handle solid food is when I have bad bad hangover, or food poisining.

Is it ok to have pringles for my tea?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

    What flavour??

I already asked the question, you can answer it now thanks :D

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

    Sour cream and onion flavour.

Lots of people would want to go to the trouble of calling me. The landline rings at least once a forthnight. The Windows lads from india particularly like a good chat with me.

That's two questions...are you trying to break the thread or confuse me?

Gotta be an open fire. 'Chestnuts roasting on and open oil burner' doesn't have the same ring, does it.

Why do fat people always blame something other than their food consumption for the state of their bodies?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

    Not all fat people do.

Would you rather be fat or be a thundering judgmental asshole with so little going on in your own life you feel other people should justify their appearance to you?

This is a piece of advice my father gave to me. Now this refers not only to lagging, but all forms of insulation. He said "dont ever"...no, wait, it was "always"...no er, "never, never" - oh wait now, I've forgotten. Never mind.

As a construction orphan, I'm well versed in feelings of being left with no money. The lesson is that there's no point in stressing about financial matters too much because sometimes, you're just a passenger anyway. I'm struggling in a low paid job at the moment which is just preferable to being in and out of work. Having said all that, I'm trying to reinvent myself at the moment and hopefully will be pretty employable in my new field and that I can earn a decent living for the long term.

What makes you feel better when you have man flu

K well I'm a female but when I have flu, lots of tea helps.
And a few drinks, to be honest. Actually helps you feel more human.

Are you staying at home this Christmas?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,294 ✭✭✭thee glitz

I'll try tea. Lots of warmth is the main help. A few drinks wouldn't work at all, except hot whiskey, which maybe someone will make!

I'm working Christmas Eve but supposed to go up the country to see my family (home2), then back east to see the rest of my family (home1).

    Rolo or Aero yoghurts?
