Would you take your kid to the circus-if you had a kid?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

No, man. Cruel as ****. My mother brought me when I was 17 and the clown tried shake my hand and made me cry. There's better things to do with kids that would be less traumatic. Like dangle them from an upstairs window, for example.

Has your best friend ever called you looking for advice on how to unleash a scathing revenge plan on an OH that's acting up, with "I don't know what to do but you're good at this?"

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,318 ✭✭✭✭Menas

You were 17 an cried at the circus?

No, no one has ever asked me for advice like that...I would be pants at giving that advice. Tell them to hug it out!

Do you own a cowboy hat ?.

Do you own a cowboy hat ?.

This is a sore spot for me as I worked on a farm in Oz for 3 months and bought a good cowboy hat and wore it in nice and proper. Scuffed and sweat stained and fit me perfect by the end and I loved it. Others starting their work wanted it and all but I was keeping it. 2 weeks later I left it on a bus when I was traveling up the coast :( I'm still genuinely heart broken by it. Here's me on my last lettuce cutting day in full hat glory.

Have you ever lost anything you loved?

I'll probably stick on The Santa Clause in the morning. I like to watch Eastenders but I stopped following it earlier in the year so I've no idea what's really been going on.

Have you received any gifts yet?
