Mainly a kind of circuit training/running
(I have a type of programme thing we were advised to do before but can't get to go often enough to make it work right )

I do a lot of cycling though...mainly mountains/hill climbing

Own one? I have an indoor bike. I use that only maybe twice a week now. I used it more when I had an issue with my knee.

Not on the road. I don't have a road bike at the moment.

You run? I do, but I'm scatty..you would be more serious I think.

Ha...wish I was serious...I try to be...but feel so bad with people who are proper serous (I can't get time to be training as often...I'm glad once I can keep going...no great times )

I prioritize. I think I would be exhausted if I did that.

Most things I would,...kinda take the view if something isn't 100% right...then it's wrong.....though time constraints mean certain things I struggle for time to do....prioritisation is good though
