Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Should men, in general, spend more time grooming?

    Would you live alone?

Well, at this stage that would involve divorce and missing my kid- so no.
But I did live on my own for about 5 years and absolutely loved it. Never got lonely.

Do you get a buzz from taking risks?

I'm in hospital at the min and my partner just text me to tell me that he went to where I keep the biscuits at home and as soon as he opened the container, both the dogs started freaking out, jumping up all excited. He finished the text with "I hope you're not feeding biscuits to the dogs". I'm grinning from ear to ear at the thoughts of them!! Still able to tell secrets even though they can't talk!!

Yes, but I'm going to leave early as it's a quiet week after a very busy period.
And I'm typing this while I wait for something to print, so I don't feel guilty.

What was the most frightening thing that ever happened to you?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 23,646 ✭✭✭✭qo2cj1dsne8y4k

Losing someone that meant the entire world to me. Knowing deep down they were terminally ill before diagnosis, and waiting for the results to come back. Knowing the person I loved so much was slowly going to disappear until they were gone forever, and trying to find a way to cope with that without appearing like my entire world had just been pulled out from underneath me.

No, had a horrible toastie with coffee from a deli. But it is very hot and sunny here so I did get to sit in the sun for 30 mins. The head is scalded on me!

Aside from your partner/OH, how many people do you totally, unquestionably trust?
