Insurance Broker

I've recently just purchased a house which is basically just 4 walls & a roof ie. water & electric off, no kitchen etc. I was looking to get the house insured but I'm told most isurance companies won't insure this type of property & I'd need a broker. Can anyone recommend a broker, I'm in Dublin, the house is in Carlow.
