We're sorry to hear you are having difficulties with reading the balance on your bank account.

Just to mention, when you are using your Visa Debit Card, the transaction should always be seen coming from your account straight away. Payments can be slow to debit your account due to the way they are processed by the retailer.

To best help with your query, we would ask you to contact Bank of Ireland 365 and allow a colleague to have a look at the account for you.
