hello all, I ve decided to give up drink for a set period of time, im doin ok at it nearly a week without, but im getting headaches frequently nearly ever second day has anyone experienced this? and im drinking pints of water every day but get thirsty very easily only after a short walk or light exercise, a fews years ago…

Could be, alcohol withdrawal has a lot of symptoms from mild to severe depending on how long and how much you've been drinking
