    I would like to write a combined letter of praise and complaint to the manager of the Trinity branch (College Green), Who should I address it to?

    Thanks for your post.

    Unfortunately we can't post a staff members name on Boards.

    To write a letter, you can address it to:

    The Branch Manager, 
    Trinity College,
    Dublin 2
