Cancel dd on iPad/iPhone app

    I want to cancel a direct debit mandate using the app on either the iPhone or iPad. I cannot find the option to do so. Can you direct me please?

    Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie.

    SEPA Direct Debit Services can be located here on our website. You can also cancel a Direct Debit via the Online Service Desk while logged into 365Online. 

    Although the Online Service Desk is not available on our App's, you can certainly log in to 365Online on your phone or tablet using your internet browser. This will give you access to all our SEPA Direct Debit Services. 

    You can find more information on how to cancel a SEPA Direct Debit in our FAQ's.
