Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fabregas could have broken Sterling's leg FFS. There is no place in football for that

Meh, it happens. Sterling's okay. Hopefully he gets his own back on the scoreboard.

    Brenda Rodgers football genius.

Charlie Adam has had a much better season that Sterling. Lets ask Stoke for a swap.

Can't believe United are only 4 points ahead of this lot

    Awful

It's not complicated. United are crap too.

No. I'm not having it. We must demand his head. Really, he's no different to a serial killer and we should react accordingly. Its the appropriate reaction to a bad tackle.

That Lambert signing was a shrewd bit of business

Great to see Chelsea start with a bit of passion, 2 great tackles from Fabregas and Loftus-Cheek and a classic header from the legend that is JT.

I just hope that we can be "classy" enough for the rival fans today in our win!

good stuff, utterly irrelevant but good for you.

Didn't Chelsea win that game as well? Good to see Jose's tactics are working, thanks for reminding me!

Fabregas pulled the shirt, went down a bit easy

You've just won the league ffs let it go

How was that not a foul... bottle job by the ref.

Though Cesc definitley held sterling back there

we have a sh/te squad and a manager who's poor against top 4 teams , bye bye 4th spot :(

He did. It was super clear and an obvious foul. But the reaction to pulling you back is clearly to dive forwards.

Look at that replay. How can they call themselves men?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

Take cesc off before hes sent off. :o

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,948 ✭✭✭✭Osmosis Jones

He's gone down easy, but sadly sometimes that has to be done to get the foul. Either way Fabregas is lucky to still be on.

He did. He should be off the pitch now.

    Fabregas should be gone.

Big dive from Sterling probably cost him there.

Seems like Fabregas is trying to get sent off and is failing so far.

That's 2 that Mariner has chickened out of against Fabregas.

    Very poor.

Cesc made himself a target with the early yellow. Needs to come off asap.

What has going down to try and ensure the ref gives the foul got to do with "being a man"? Neanderthal thinking at its finest.

If players are going to be sent off for such simple things then there'll be nobody left on the field.
Does nobody see what goes on at corner kicks?
