The sun has 99% input into how the earth weather systems functions, So how much of the 1% left have we changed ? Anyone got a link to any of these Climatologist going on record and telling us how much impact we have had ?

Just cant even begin to engage with the moronic quota of stupid in this.

So the last 300 years of massive global carbon fueled industrialization has had no impact on this planet so far?

The damage occurs when humans try to change the natural complicated workings of the climate. Of course climate change is happening... because human beings are physically trying to change it to suit their pseudoscience - faulty computer prediction models.

The climate is seriously complicated, and to start messing around with it because a computer model falsely predicts it will be doom is idiotic.

Adapt and over-come as we have done for thousands of years. Jezz if it was a hot day @ 1c higher than the previous year the pseudoscientists will be pointing at it saying see, there's the proof. Bunch of idiotic garbage.

Nope, Im not a scientist. I could find links for you but Im too drunk now and lazy.

Do you think everything is all OK on the planet re:climate at the moment?

nothing to worry about like? Do you work in a petrol station?

From the one's that said C02 is a poison lol. We wouldn't be here only for C02 and the plants love it.

pseudoscientists... stop breathing, you're causing global warming, opps I mean climate change.

There's nothing wrong with the climate, it changes, get used to it.

The warm medieval period was a lot hotter.

We recycle everything. We don't leave the heat on too long.Climate change change whilst getting worse is slowing down...it shows that measures taken are working ..it's not too late

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 254 ✭✭RickDeckard

Id love to think its not too late but I think we are fu*ked, like not us but our grand children, so f*k them, keep on trucking and f*k the polar bears. I like my polar bears all covered in oil swimming about in a tropical ocean etc...

No one will go on record and destroy their scientific career giving any figures related to climate change. Does that not tell you something. All you get is we have impacted, yes we have so have lot's of other things. I'm old enough to remember us all dying of acid raid oh and radiation from no ozone oh and oil running out in 50 years.

Do you honestly think that industrialisation could be stronger than nature? Even if it were to have an impact on the climate it would be a very small percentage and the force of nature will always determine the climate.

I drive a fcukan huge Jaaaaag, so's I can get rid of all the nasty oil faster that's hurting the polar whales and orphans and causing all the fighting with/among the towel-headed types. Because that's the kind of a helluva guy I am, bah.

You obviously don't understand how delicate our planet is. Just tiny changes to climate can have catastrophic knock on effects on every aspect of life.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 254 ✭✭RickDeckard

Don't get me wrong, Im no eco warrior hippy type , but to deny man made climate change is akin to being a flat earther.

A f*k tonne of scientists, the ones not owned by big capital all agree....

When I can be ar$sed in the morning, Ill make my point better, cant post links anyway atm.

No one ever thought the earth was flat in modern history. Can you link some scientist going on record telling us how much we have changed the climate directly ? Next you will be telling is slaves built the pyramids.

It's funny, doomsayers in the media CONSTANTLY come out with more and more catastrophic predictions of the earths demise from man made global warming. Well the climate models have never been validated and they have not predicted actual results and climatologists have been scrambling to explain the lack of warming in recent years.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,766 ✭✭✭Bongalongherb

Don't forget the volcano's, those big-ass things spew much more C02 out when they feel like it, maybe we should try to block them from erupting because they are causing global warming.

I got some fine clean sand for you and a shovel, bury yourself away.

And no, pyramids were built between the floods when the populace were basically idle, in the main, with some slaves, but not like cecile B de mille type thing.

And the tonne of scientists you talk about, most of them have not given permission for their name to be used in this list. Many of them have personally asked the IPCC to remove their names as they don't agree, but the IPCC will not remove them, even after threats of court.

AHH, carbon credits lol what a scam.

Its actually chilling to me that young people completely deny the rapidity of modern climate change is cause by man.

We are living through and unprecedented epoch of global climate change, incomparable to anything except the great extinction events of long history.

We ARE the next great extinction event. Its the reality buddy. its happening now. Go to a pacific Island and see how far you get with the convenient denial crap so yo u can keep consuming plastic electrical tat....

We are truly fu*ked as a species.

Maybe you could shed some light on why celebs are well paid to spread the doom and gloom of climate change? Or maybe you believe Bob Geldof when he recently said there would be no humans left on earth by 2030  Pat Falvey was stopped being used as a climate change drone recently before he said any extreme weather was caused by climate but recently he's saying it's caused by nature.

Given that for the last sixty years or so we have the capability to wipe out most life on earth in the space of a couple of hours its really not a big stretch to imagine how we could mess with the climate ?
