    Wanted: Space for a professional band to rehearse & write an album.

    Secure Shed / Disused: Office / Shop / House / School / Anything Similar Considered

    Will pay monthly rent.

    Band need to leave gear permanently set up.

    Rehearsals would take place evenings & Weekends.

    Professional outfit, no messing.

    Band based in Dundrum / Ballinteer / Sandyford / M50 Dublin area. Nearby Would be great.
