Time to start a thread for this game,Poch says he wants to win the last three games to get into Europe whether it's CL or EL.Stoke away is always tough for any team,a draw for us at best I think.

    2-2 and a pants performance!

Really hope Harry knocks a few in...

A clean sheet would also be a welcomed change from the norm.

    2-2.

Not much left to play for this season but for some reason I'd still like to finish above Liverpool.

Stoke has been excellent this season. It's a pity Bojan got injured for them.
    Meat and potato game.

Frankly the same line up in midfield every week bores me to tears. Not exactly hard for the opposition manager to work out.

Drop Mason, Stambouli in. I rate Stambouli, he's barely featured. I think he has what it takes for the premiership.

Eriksen badly needs to hit the gym this summer, it's embarrassing watching him tackle. And he's been shíte of late. Modric wasn't exactly a power house, but he wouldn't just let a player waltzed by him. Dembele in for him.
    Lloris
    Dier - Fazio - Verts - Rose
    Lamela - Bentaleb - Bouli - Chadli
    Dembele
    Kane

He's already done it no matter how the remaining three games go!

I'm considering watching the game but not sure if its worth staying up until 2am for.... I doubt it will be of much entertainment.

We could probably lose 2 of the next 3 and still secure 7th and the EL next season.

Would love to see Soldado up front with Kane and a bit more of Stambolui and/in Capoue

7th means more games. We don't want that!

IF Eriksen was to be dropped, I'd like to see Lamela in behind Kane. Lamela isn't a winger, but he has some nice touches and 6 assists to his name.

Totally agree, but yet again its the same fúcking predictable line up.

Lloris (C); Dier, Chiriches, Fazio, Vertonghen; Bentaleb, Mason; Lamela, Eriksen, Chadli; Kane

Vorm, Rose, Yedlin, Dembele, Stambouli, Townsend, Soldado.

Brittle at the back, nothing going forward at the minute. Predictable and very easy to play against.

This is depressing to be honest and has been since the UTD game.

Lets just leaving all of the under performing midfielders on and change the whole defence......

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,019 ✭✭✭davycc

fazio flattened adams in a 50/50 ariel duel :D

masons booked already get stambuli on asap no cover,

    nzonzi scored:(:(

Stoke out of sight now. Disaster in all departments. No way back.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,019 ✭✭✭davycc

another mess up at the back ffs same old spurs

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,057 ✭✭✭tippspur

Defence is a joke shop today, you could see it coming a mile away though.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,428 ✭✭✭MrKingsley

The more i think about it the more tactically inept this performance has been.

Were playing with Inverted wingers and 4 centre backs.

Yet still concede from 2 hopeful crosses

Pooch should have had the Defense sorted by this time.

Inverted wingers hasn't worked and he still sticks with it.

He hasn't been tactically aware on how to change a game plan, when plan A doesn't work.

Stoke have had Ten attempts on our Goal, Six on target.

=(:-) Me? I know who I am. I'm a dude playing a dude disguised as another dude (-:)=
