    sorry that's all over the place and makes no sense. What exactly is your issue ? What are you trying to say? Because the above is pure garbage

    Did you stay in a place for 6 days and then move out and now expect to not pay for the 6 days? Did you break a 2 month lease and get off without having to pay the rest?

    You also don't post on social media until you've engaged with the company, what have you go left to threaten if they won't play ball?

    OP you will be doing well if you are down just €300. You did view this place and agreed to rent it as seen. Your only get out possibly is that there was no lease signed yet.
    Take the refund of €2300 and count your blessings, many people here have been treated a lot worse - see the hysterical landlord post for example.
    Chalk it down to experience and take a lot more care checking out a place next time before moving in.
