A blast from the past from BBC:

"Two goals from Michu - remember him? - gave Swansea a memorable 2-0 win here in December 2012."

He was exceptional, recall Ferguson grilling his scouts on how they missed him.

Similar to Santa Cruz, on fire with Blackburn before Hughes brought him to City.

    Half time 0-0

Going to watch the 2nd half how are the highly owned players performing.

Not much happening really, if you ask me Ramsey looks most likely to do something but Arsenal are rotating midfield constantly except for Coquelin so it could come from anywhere, hopefully a penno for Santi.
Swansea cannot score as they are set up now but could well hold out for a 0-0

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 48,264 ✭✭✭✭km79

    I'd take a nil all!
at the moment the choice for me is down to one from Ramsey or cazorla

Swansea playing a 4-6-0 formation smothering the game, so nobody really done anything. Rambo made a few good runs, but also misplaced a few passes. Ozil playing mostly in his own half having to come very deep to get on the ball. Sanchez probably the busiest. Giroud had a header just over but not much else, coming very deep at times too.

Never underestimate Arsenal's ability to lose a clean sheet.

Well they didn't do it just on the stroke of half time which has been happening a lot to me lately.

Sanchez, Ramsey and Bellerin all playing in this one. I'm just happy if Ramsey makes it through the game without an injury.

Sunderland are looking like a better option for the dgw than Arsenal...

    Time to bring on Aguero.

It's like Russian Roulette, Sanhez yes, Ozil no, Bellerin god no, Giroud yes.... but there's no bloody bullets in that gun.

    Koscielny 31 bps
    Mertesacker 31 bps
    Bellerin 27 bps

First timein memory I've owned Cazorla, his lack of imagination on the ball for such a talented passer is infuriating, at least he's on pens
    Giroud off:D

    Giroud
I'd be happy with 0-0 now if Kos can hold on to 3 baps.

    Or a Ramsey goal.

Wondering should I bring Giroud in as a blocker for the DGW. Rival has him.

    Is Wellbeck anywhere near fitness?

I'd opt for a Sunderland striker based on tonight's performance...

103 with Sanchez and Kos left.

Moved up from 70k to 35k this week, after GW 30 I was ranked 350k.

I'm 5th in the FFix weekly score, I'm Club 121, I might win a tenner!

Up to 115 now, losing by a point in the weekly score.....boo!!

Is that including Kosc potential bonus? Bit early to be taking those clean sheet points for granted!

It's him or Defoe and Graham is the one playing through the middle.

A superbly taken goal at the weekend too to end his 28 game drought ;)

Fabianski is a hero for making that save from Sanchez.
