    moroccan food what is it like. is it good or bad and is it easy to cook ?

    Every cuisine around the world is fantastic, and nearly all of them are as easy to cook as the next one. But perhaps to dip your toe in a cuisine maybe go to a restaurant that specialises in that type and see how it should be done so you can get a taste. In Dublin there's a couple of Moroccan restaurants, one which name escapes me on south William street. Having said that theyre never going to be as good as the real thing

    I think the Cedar Tree is Lebanese? Dada is the Moroccan Place on Sth William Street as fas as I know.

    I'm a big fan of tagines OP (Moroccan stew type dishes), there are a couple of recipes in the Cooking Club you could give a whirl

    The Cedar Tree is indeed Lebanese (and pretty good too).

    Another (and better) Moroccan restaurant in Dublin besides Dada is El Bahia.

    And OP, yes Moroccan food can be absolutely delicious. Go with MissFlitworth's advice and have a go at a Moroccan tagine. You don't have to have an actual tagine cooking pot it can be done in a slow cooker just as well.

    It shouldn't. At all. Tagines are normally loaded up with what ever is in the larder and then put in to the bread ovens after they're turned off and finished baking whilst the men are on their way to work in the morning, they pick them up when they finish work a good few hours later so everything is cooked at a slow and gentle heat and pace
