    Im no expert yet but id definetly say that you need to get your elbows up a little higher in the catch,it'll stop the bar from rolling away on you like it did in the missed clean.

    You soft cocked the 100.

    The 97.5 was very easy.

    You shoulda had the 100.

    Pulled it high enough but didn't commit to racking it.

    What's your front squat like?

    Ya I know I should have gotten the 100kg, was more than high enough.

    I haven't done much in the way of cleans recently, just kept them ticking over. Before that 97.5, I never cleaned over 87.5.

    I'll get back to you in a few days about the front squat.

    Did a fairly comfortable 112.5 front squat as well after



    Thats going to to be the end of my training for 2/3 weeks now, have a bit of travelling to do with work so won't be doing anything too serious

    PS I have that 105 in me I think.
