Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I phone 4s stuck in recovery mode

    Hi folks
I have reset my I phone 4s to factory setting because I was giving it to my son.
Well now it is stuck in recovery mode.
When I turn on the phone, on the screen has an icon of iTunes with an arrow under neath with another icon of the jack plug, which I can only think it is telling me to connect the phone to iTunes.
When I do so and hit restore/update it goes through the motions and then at the end it gives an error, unable to update phone, unknown error (-1)
I contacted Apple and after connecting to two different laptops they tell me there's something wrong with the hardware or software in my phone, option 1 replace phone, option 2 replace phone.

    What are my real options?
    Can this be fixed?
Any help would be great full
