Best Cheap In-Ears?

I've built up a decent collection of good pairs of on-ears in the last few years, but none that I'm comfortable with wrecking and smashing about in a bag. I was using a pair of hd25-1 IIs but they're really just too cumbersome to bring on a commute. I thought a pair of koss portapros might be in the region of what I want, but they leak like hell and I dont want everyone hearing me listen to Avril Lavigne on my commute. So they're out the window too.

Currently, I'm thinking about getting a pair of in-ears, but I'm not really willing to spend a lot on them so Shure SE-*15s aren't really feasible. Also the around ear cable thing looks stupid.

What would be the best pair of in-ear, isolating earphones, for say less than €40? In fact, lets make this a real challenge and try for below €25

Looking for something in this price range with phone controls for an Android phone running Lollipop, if that makes any difference. Amazon shows as many 1 star reviews as 4 star reviews which is never really a good sign imo

Had a pair of Sony earphones that lasted me roughly two years before the wiring went in one ear that were really, really good. Got them in Amsterdam so not certain if this is the same model or not but sound quality & noise cancellation for around this price, I thought was really good.

Thanks D'Agger, I've had and been happy with Sony headphones in the past but I need something which will manage and facilitate phone calls also.

Don't want to spend more than €25 delivered as I tend to lose/break headphones on a regular basis so I gave up investing in "quality" and moved into the value for money bracket where I get 80% of the sound quality for 20% of the price!!

Supposedly they punch well above their weight in terms of sound but the build quality isnt great. I'll give them a go anyway but at €15 it wont be that bad if the experience is sour.

Thnaks PseudoFamous, they do an Android OS version with mic and controls for £16.50 which I might get.

While difficult to get, the Monoprice in-ear buds are worth far more than their listed US price

They are on Amazon.co.uk - search "Monoprice Enhanced Bass Hi-Fi Noise Isolating Earphone" and you'll find them (but you'll want to bulk out the order, or pay for Parcel Motel)
