Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking forward to this one, another 2-1 juve is my prediction. Tevez and pogba.

2 attacking full backs, a defender who loves to jog forward, 4 attacking midfielders and 2 strikers is hardly a balanced side.

It very much seems a case of Carlo going "fck it" I have no DMs. So let's not play any. Let's just go and score two more goals than them.

Madrid are going to leave themselves very open at the back. I can't see a better option though. One thing I can definitely see is heaps of punditry criticising their defending. So, I'm just going to put it a more accurate way: if Juve can't execute effective counter attacks tonight they don't deserve to be in the final. That side's imbalance is there for the taking tonight.

I've seen Madrid in La Liga when playing that kind of configuration at the start of the season they looked great in attack but Jesus! Bottom tier La Liga teams were cutting through them so easily. This Juve team you'd expect are better than those.

    Madrid will spank them tonight.

I like this juve team, hope they get through.

My particular broadcast has Danny Dichio on it. He thinks that Bale needs to show up and silence his critics....

Both teams will score. Too close to call beyond that for me.

Hmm, my traditionally least favourite Italian team against my traditionally least favourite Spanish team but with players on both teams I quite like. Who to root for?

Classico final is the dream final for me. Two great attacking sides that have no fear of each other. What more could you want. Bit of play acting won't spoil it.

Juve have played Atlético twice, winning and drawing. The repeat of a draw away in Madrid will be enough. I can see cards and a possible red card the only thing stopping Juventus. Chiellini hacked down Ronaldo very late on last week and if I was in the Real side I'd be running at himself and Bonucci early on to see what happens. Eriksson has dished out reds in his last 2 European games so wait and see.
I can see Juve scoring but don't know how many Real Madrid will score. Would enjoy extra time, but hoping for a good name of chess tonight, without all the pieces throwing themselves to the ground at every opportunity.

You think cards are the only thing stopping Juve? Unsure about that to say the least :p

I mean if they drop to 10 players, all them over 30 year olds will get run ragged!

The last time they met in the league was absolute horrendous to watch though...

I also just don't really like teams from the same country meeting in the final - much prefer it being two teams from different countries with different styles meeting - that for me is what European competition is all about.

Though I always love when Real Madrid lose, I'd really like an El Clasico final.

Bale is going to run Evra ragged regardless.

Impressed by Juve in the first leg. Backed 'em at 11/10 to qualify tonight.

Easy win for Barca, Juve would be more unpredictable even though I'd still favour Barca to win the cup.

It does spoil it the dozens of games they've contested for the last few years anyway have been plagued with utter guff when they get together.

Thats really poor by benzema. Usually much better than that.

Yeah...looks like it now. Their back 4 still looks very dodgy though. For the Vidal shot they backed off Tevez.

And that is a SOFT penalty.

    Up steps Penaldo I guess.

Silly from chellini. Such a soft pen to give away
