Restaurant recommendations in the city

Looking for somewhere with a nice romantic setting to go for an anniversary dinner. The type of menu we would be after is something like fillet steak, lamb shanks, roast duck etc. Somewhere you can get a nice 3 course meal for 2 and a bottle of wine for preferably under €100 would be nice. Any recommendations?

Fire Restaurant would be my pick anyway. Lovely restaurant and awesome food, maybe slightly above budget, I'd say €120 for 3 courses and a bottle of wine

Chex Max on Castle Street is lovely for duck/steaks - well meat and general and it is very romantic.
