Hi looking rough idea of architect costs. Planning permission granted. Need detailed plans drawn up in order to get costing for build. Thanks.

Hi OP

If its only Tender plans you require (and no On Site management)
It could range from €1000 to €5000.......depending on the house size, details required, etc....
